We are a week away from your requested launch date (Thursday, August 15). 
I wanted to check in with you two and make sure that you are both ready for the site to launch on this date. If not, we can postpone the launch to a date of your choosing.

We do ask that you refrain from editing the website tomorrow between the hours of 8:00 am until we complete the launch process (normally around 1:00 pm). 

Once the site is launched, we will send you an email with more information on the new login page and how to access statistics, among other things.
