Development Progress & Content Migration
Good morning everyone,
Now that your design has been approved, the developer has begun developing your website.
In the meantime, I wanted to share a couple of documents with you to look over. We have gone over your current website's sitemap and created a proposed sitemap for you. The proposed sitemap also has annotations of what design mockup will be used. That way, you have a better idea of each page's layout.

Please make changes on the proposed sitemap as you see fit, as this will help us to tune your site to your liking. I will be the one migrating your content and am very excited to help this site come closer to completion. With that said, please check over the proposed sitemap carefully and make necessary edits, if needed and get it back to us when you can. That way we can get started on the content and have it one step closer to completion.

Hi everyone,
Father, we will begin the content migration process with the proposed sitemap as the guide and will keep you updated on the progress. Veronica or I will be following up with any questions that may come up during the migration.
Lorraine, this was about the sitemap of the old site compared with the sitemap that we proposed for you based on your content for the new site.
Currently, the site is still being built, but we will be sending you the link to the development site in the next week or so after the content—noted in the sitemap—has been moved and the building of your site is nearing completion.

Good Afternoon you two,
I wanted to give you an update on how your site is coming along. The content migration is complete. However, for it to be more like the designs that we sent to you, we need the staff photos for the staff page. Once I have those, I can format them to look like the staff page proof.
We are still working on some major parts of the site, but once those are completed, we will be sending you the development link and begin setting up a training session.
You can send the photos as attachments to this email or send them to webdepartment@diocesan.com if that is more comfortable.
