Hello Fr. Cicero,
To add in a spot for St. Mary's Church and the High School, would add some additional development time and since this is a material deviation from the proofs, this would have to be quoted out. Fortunately, this would be covered under your existing Web Allowance as of right now.
I am guessing for the look of it, that it would basically just make a 2X2 grid in the same space that it is right now (no scroll) and just have the current pictures half the size they are now and just add in the additional two below it with the hover effects, addresses and links like the two current ones. Does this sound about right? If so, I will send out another email with a quote approval.

Alternatively, you could add links somewhere in the menu of the BSP site to these places, dedicate a page to alternate worship sites/schools and put it in the menu, or add them in the Quick Links at the bottom, which would require no additional development and less risk with the live site. Changing large things, like the landing page, on a live site always has a risk to it.

I will be sending over the quote in a little bit after discussing it further with the developer to see the time estimate, as for risks, because we will be updating the code for the site, there can be times where it will briefly cause a "critical error" for the visitors to the site, that will go away shortly once the code has been updated. It should not be too big of a problem or last more than a few seconds!
