Good morning Father Cicero,
I have put together an estimated timeline for your project for you to view at any time. Both variations are linked below and are calculated upon averages of previous projects.
Please keep in mind that your particular project may take more or less time than either of these averages depending on your speed of response, your number of reiterations in the design phase, and our number of projects before yours in the queue.

Hi Father,
If you are looking for a shorter timeline, we can plan to build the website at the same time that logo design is occurring. This way, the logo will be completed in time for launch, but the website is not dependant on the logo creation and finalization. I can also fast-track the site development and content migration.
Between these changs, the timeline is brought down by about 6 weeks.

Again, we've seen websites go from start to launch quicker than even this, but it is still dependant on the speed of communication and content strategy being finalized early on in the project.
I will have our content strategist send over the content strategy information (sitemaps) in the next day or so, in order for you/your team to begin reviewing right away.

Hello Father Cicero,
I just talked with Danae, your designer, and she let me know that you are still dissatisfied with the timeline. She also mentioned that there were some parts of the Paul design that you were wanting altered, which would prolong the timeline since the developer would not simply be updating a previously-built website, but developing and testing new code.
As a solution, I wanted to see if you were able to talk tomorrow to look at another potential design that could bring your website's timeline down to about 3-4 weeks and what it is going to take to get us down to this timeline. The one thing to keep in mind is that this quick timeline does not guarantee the logo done in the same time.
Please let me know when you are available to talk tomorrow and if there are any other people that you would like included in our meeting.
