Good Morning Fr. Cicero,

Neither of those Calendars that you sent me is publicly accessible. In order to add them to the site, they will need to be public.

Make your Google Calendar public:

  1. In the Google Calendar interface, locate the "My calendars" area on the left.
  2. Hover over the calendar you need and click the downward arrow.
  3. A menu will appear. Click "Share this Calendar".
  4. Check "Make this calendar public".
  5. Make sure "Share only my free/busy information" is unchecked.
  6. Click "Save".
Also, for clarification, can you specify what each of those calendar is for, or do you want us to merge those two calendars into one? As it turns out, because it slipped my mind, the temp site has already been launched, I just did not send the launch confirmation for it. Once you are trained on the more permanent site, we can launch the bigger site.
