Website Proposal
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your patience as we finalized the proposal for the parish and school websites.
During our Deep Dive conversation, we went over a few options we thought would be good choices for the design of the websites. It was determined that the school would base their design off Chaminade and the parish would based on John Paul II. When we take the feedback you provided and combine that with your content and branding we will have websites that have a very unique feel.

The attached proposal is the full project for both the parish and school websites. Both the parish and school websites would be designed and built at the same time. Each step of the process is broken down into the design, build and content migration for the new websites. There is a brief description of what would be happening and how much time would be needed to complete each step.

Last week when we spoke you let me know you were wanting to move forward, especially getting the school website built ASAP. Also, was there any way we could help with the cost. I have come up with a couple of ideas that I hope will work for you.
First, I split the original proposal into two projects. There is a proposal for the school website as well as a proposal for the parish website. During our Deep Dive conversation, we decided that the parish would have the same feel as the school website. When we spoke on Friday, you mentioned the school website would be a high priority at this point. Since the parish website would follow the design of the school, having the school website built first would good.
There are also a couple of ways we can help with the cost of the website. First, we would not be billing you for the website until after the website has launched. This would be a few months out at this point. When the bill is ready we could also work with you on split payments. Let me know a timeframe that you would be comfortable with for the split payments.
