Website Issues Moving Forward
I wanted to apologize for the number of issues with your site. I met with my project manager this afternoon and we discussed how best to serve you moving forward. The decision was reached that the best way to serve you and meet the high expectations we have for all of our services and products would be to discuss changing the website design from the code level. The code on your site currently is quite old and admittedly very buggy to say the least. I feel this has been evident by the amount of issues you've seen and amount of work orders already placed with my developer.
In order to give you the best possible website we are recommending we upgrade your site to our Celine Hybrid which is much newer and less buggy. We would like to meet with you to discuss this ASAP. The amount of time to fix the issues present on your site (band aid on a leaking pipe) would be the same as it would take to replace the pipe (updated design and code). We are happy to discuss keeping your site as is and fixing as needed but highly recommend an updated design to give you and your families the best possible websites.

It has taken 2 years to get the site to this point and now you want us to upgrade and we have not even launched yet!
If you can guarantee me that the upgrade will be ready to edit and launch by August 17th and will cost us no more money than I would be interested. Otherwise we need to launch. We pre-paid for a site we have never used.
I'm sorry if this is short, but I will not continue to allow this website to be delayed. Our current site is outdated and we need to get this issue solved ASAP.
Please let me know if your new site can make that happen.

We have invested alot of hours upgrading pictures, information, names, numbers, etc and would need your help to make those changes on a new platform (and it includes both the parish and school)

After speaking with my developer, I learned it is not possible to have only one Media Library.
One suggestion is to keep only two Media Libraries. The landing page only needs the images that are used for that one page.
