As we prepare to launch your website this morning, we ask that you please refrain from logging into the development website (one ending with ".diocesanweb.org") and making any changes until you receive an email from us letting you know that your website is launched. This way, nothing will be overwritten or go unsaved as we change URLs and add SSL certificates.

Do you have the login info for your domain? Looks like you use Godaddy. We will need the username and password as well two factor authentication turned off. If two factor is on we need someone available within 15 minutes of the request to give us the code. Would someone be available for that? If you call the number below with that info ask for Marcus Borger, he is the developer launching your site.

The emails from GoDaddy were going to spam. I am trying to get a password for the account right now. I am here for authentication, but it might be sending authentication to an old number. The best way to proceed with the launch is to give Marcus Borger, one of our developers, delegated access. His email is mborger@diocesan.com. This will eliminate any need for two-step authentication with us once you are able to log into your domain.

Here are the basic steps for GoDaddy Delegate Access:
  1. View Domain Settings
  2. Select - Settings
  3. Select - Delegate Access
  4. Invite to Access
    1. mborger@diocesan.com

Hello all, 

Unfortunately we were not able to complete launch procedures today due to the delay in receiving access to your domain information. We have confirmed with Jeremy that he'll be able to speak with our developer Marcus tomorrow afternoon to complete the domain transfer, which will allow us to complete the rest of our launch checklist. This means that your site will go live tomorrow afternoon. 

Please refrain from making any edits to the site during the day tomorrow while we're working on the launch. We'll be sending you another email tomorrow afternoon once the launch has been completed with a new login link (your username and password will stay the same). Once you've received that email you'll be all set to log in and make changes if need be.
