Good afternoon All,

Congratulations, your new website is now live and visible to the world!

I'm still not seeing the live site. Why is that?
The industry standard for launch changes to propagate is 0-72 hours. However, it's been my experience that you can usually see these changes within 2 hours. You will know it was successful when visiting https://blessedsacramenttoledo.com/ brings up your site.

If you can see the website on a computer or mobile device not using your parish's internet, it may be that your parish's internal server needs to be reset or may have the IP address of your previous host manually set up. If this is the case, you will have to talk to your IT person, as this is not something Diocesan can help with. 

New Login Page
Although you will now go to https://blessedsacramenttoledo.com/toledoto log in, your login credentials are still the same. 

Hidden Login Hours
For security issues, we have made the website's backend inaccessible during the hours of 1:00-6:00 am. If you would prefer for us to turn this security feature off, please let us know as soon as possible.

Statistics
Since your website is now live, we have also added the ability to track your website's statistics. 
Feel free to view the statistics by clicking Statistics. This will give you access to see what devices are being used, how people are finding your website, and your top pages/link.

Forms & Notifications
We set up the forms to go to someone at your organization. If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam/junk folder of that email. You can check which email it is going to in the Form's Notification Settings (Forms > Settings > Notifications). It is advised to test this yourself ASAP to make sure that the correct email is set up and that the emails are coming in. If they are going to spam, you can whitelist the address.

I have made several changes to images but I am not certain how to change the two blah images on the splash/landings page. Could you change them to the following images attached? You may have to adjust the size and such so they fit together and look good on the landings page. Thanks.

Ryan,

Our landing page for editing the website is not working.
Our Donate online button is not working.
Our Stream Mass Live was not added to the new site and needs to be added on the main parish page in the Get Involved section.

Please send me the link for editing as soon as possible, there are still some minor tweaks I need to make today.

I am in the process of making some usability edits to the landing page editor that will make your lives editing things WAY easier. When that is complete I will send a training video showing how to edit the landing page. I plan to have this available ASAP. I am also in the process of making the landing page adjustments Fr. mark requested last night via email. 

As far as the other edits you mentioned, using the above link you should be able to make those edits. If you need assistance in this regard please reach out to Karl Evans in the support department at websupport@diocesan.com. He will be your primary contact moving forward for all things support with the site.

I'm having the same issue on the school side. When I preview in a new tab no images show and I get an error message can't preview. If I update it works to view the site but I still can not preview. I did clear Chache, cookies and all data.

Sorry for the delayed response. Lots going on here today.

Attached HERE is a short how to for adding/changing featured image for a post or page. This was also mentioned several times in both the training and QA session. Moving forward please refer back to the training recording for how to do various edits your site. Should you then still need assistance we are available to assist. Please from this point forward use websupport@diocesan.com for all your support requests. 

We are here to help however you need. That said, I did speak with my Department Manager and he wanted me to encourage you watch the recordings for help on how to do something. Should you need further assistance beyond the training recordings there is the potential that a $70 per hour (prorated for time worked) charge may be applied. 

This charge is there because of the time needed to assist you in your request. Again, we aren't charging for every request and charges will be clearly communicated ahead of time. 

To use the featured image as an example: in this case moving forward we would charge for assistance with a featured image because of the frequency in which this was explained in both the initial training and the QA session as well as on the phone with members of our team. 

Again to be clear, we aren't charging anything this time but I use this as an example for situations in which may be charged in the future.
