Good Morning Everyone,
My name is Cody Armock and I am one of the Web Content Specialist here at Diocesan. I will be helping you with the content of both sites throughout the length of this project. Thinking about content early helps to best organize the website for the end-users.
I have gone through the consultation notes and taken a look at your website in order to strategize your content. The links below go to the current and proposed sitemaps.

Sent this most recent one because I changed Greg Sattler's email to be what I assume is the correct one gsattler@mbsptoledo.org instead of gsattler@mgsptoledo.org ('g' instead of 'b'). Most Blessed Sacrament instead of Most Glessed Sacrament. In case anyone was wondering. I am hoping that will fix the delay in them getting the sitemaps back to me.

Footer Quick Links-Under the Diocese of Toledo-Please add an additional link for "Protecting God's Children"
Sacraments: Please add First Communion and Confirmation links
Events: Please remove Youth Board and Coaching information. Please add MegaMoolah Mania, Annual Fund, Fish Fry, and Festival
Ministries: Please remove Cursillo and the Prison Ministry. Please rename Mass Impact Core Mission Team to simply "Glorify".
Stewardship: Please add Youth Board and Coaching information
School Site Map
Parents: Please remove School Handbook and move it to the Resources link
Students: Add Student Council. Rearrange to show the Youth Board link first then the Athletic Forms

Just a couple of changes to the school portion.
1. Can we get a COVID-19 Section/page added. We would like the link to appear on the main page before the mission statement.
2. Under the admissions page, can we have an apply option? Is there a way to upload the current admission documents we have and allow parents to fill them out online and submit them?
3. Can we change the "Technology Extra Practice Sites" under the student page to "Learning Resources"

1. We can add a COVID-19 page, having a dedicated section for it might be the best for a couple reasons. First, this will end, hopefully soon, so having a dedicated section for it would be useless and would require us to go in and take it out once it is obsolete. That leads to the second reason, it would require more build and design time now. We can add it as one of the Featured Buttons right under the Mission Section though, which you can change to another button or remove later.
2. We can make an apply option and upload the documents. I am not sure how the forms are made right now, but we have a tool on the site where you can recreate the form to make it online fillable. We will go over this is training, but online fillable forms are not recommended for sensitive or confidential information.
