Luke,

I see that you approved Blake's design. I just wanted to take a moment to bring you up to speed where we stood on the project from an hour and financial perspective. Initially we had quoted a price of $5,250 (75 hours x $70hr) for website creation. We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • 20 hours for design
  • 40 hours for the build process
  • 15 hours for content migration (bringing your content over from the existing site and creation of new content)
Currently we've logged 19 hours for the design process. Which puts us right on track with what we budgeted. We've logged 3 hours on the content migration. This time will go up as Veronica works with you moving your content over and creating new content. 

Michael Clark will be the developer creating your site. If he hasn't reached out to you yet, he will shortly. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or anyone on my staff.
