Hello Annie,


I wanted to let you know that your website is next up on our developer's plate. This means that he will begin working on your website next week. After they have been working on your website for about 2-3 weeks, we will be sending you a link to the development site so that you can see our progress.

Until then, I wanted to clarify some questions about the content migration of your website. In our consultation notes, it says that you would like us to move all of the content. Below, I have both your current sitemap/organization and our proposed sitemap. Feel free to edit the proposed sitemap as needed.

The other questions we have for you are:
  1. Your final site will be  stbernardsunrise.org, but would you like us to reach out to your current domain contact and have them redirect all saintbernardchurch.net traffic to the new website upon launch?
  2. If so, who is your current domain contact? 
    According to public domain contacts, it is registered at GoDaddy with 8th Domain Technology. Please provide their email and phone number. 
  3. Do you have staff photos? If not, we can give you some tips to taking new ones.

Once we have your approval on the proposed sitemap, we will begin migrating your content and getting everything ready for you to see!

Good morning Annie,


I just wanted to let you know that our developer has already begun creating your website and one of our content specialists will begin migrating your content over to the new website later this week. It's all coming together!

I have also started the G Suite creation and am waiting for the verification to go through. Once that is completed, I will be able to add your new users. Since I will be sending out emails with new usernames and passwords that must be opened and acted upon within 24 hours, is there a day that works best next week for me to send them out? Please let me know and I will schedule it accordingly. 

I will be in touch as we get complete the content and get to the point that we can show you the website.
