In your case, you don't have any existing email accounts on __@stbernardsunrise.org, so this is not something you have to worry about. For other parishes, they might already have an existing pastor@church.com, so we can't send the new password to the same email, otherwise they'd have no way of logging in to see the new password to log in. 

Again, this isn't something you have to worry about, so simply put in your current email.

I saw you were talking with Veronica about G Suite. I have been moving your content from your old site to the new site and I was wondering if you have decided whether to display emails on your staff page or not. We do have a way to hide the email addresses from bots crawling the site looking for them if you are worried about security and spam. 

Also, did you want a separate clergy page for Fr. Vega or did you want all the staff together on one page?

I just wanted to reach out to you about the clergy and non-clergy pages again, as I have now added the new email addresses onto them.

However, I have a few questions to ask you regarding those pages in particular. The only picture I have right now is of Fr. Vega, which I have added to the clergy page. I have put in placeholder images for the rest of the staff (clergy and non-clergy). I was wondering if you had those images so that I could add those. If they are unavailable at this time, during training, one of us could teach you how to add those in rather easily.

The other question I had was on the styling/design of the clergy page. Father Vega has a page on the old site (Our Pastor Page Link) that I have added to the new site. This page has his bio as the first part. The design has the Clergy page as the picture on the left and Name, Title, *Email* (for Father only right now), and Bio on the right. The bio for Fr. Vega, I have from the other page, but did you have pictures of the two deacons and/or their bios to add to the page? These things, of course, can be added later, but the more work that I can do now is less work that you may have to do later. 

I talked to Danae, the designer, and she seemed to recall that the clergy page was going to have bios and that is why the design between the pages differed. Just to confirm, there will be bios for the two deacons still or has that changed? If it has changed, then I can make it look like the non-clergy page with the columns where the picture is first, then Name, line break, title, and email (in descending order). Let me know what you prefer and I will be more than happy to make it look how you want it.

I received your answers. Whenever you can get me those pics and bios is fine. As long as it is sometime between now and when the site is launched I can add those in for you, but the sooner would be better, in case there needs to be some styling changes based on the content.
