Good morning Carol,

It has been a couple of weeks since we first spoke. 

I was hoping we could schedule the Deep Dive conversation regarding a new website.  For planning purposes, this would be around a 90 minute conversation.  Anyone that would be part of the process could be included in the conversation (Father, yourself, any ministry leaders, etc.).  We would also have one of our designers with us so that he could start to put your ideas into motion. 

On this call we would utilize Zoom, which is a phone teleconference, that allows us to speak over the phone and share computer screens when necessary.  Once we have a time finalized, another email would be sent that has all of the information that you need to connect to the meeting.

Thank you for reaching out.
Father has been out of town since you and I spoke. I haven't had the opportunity to speak to him.
We've had some major issues arise while he's gone, so it may be a month before it's appropriate to talk to him.
