Good afternoon Dawn,

Thank you for your patience as we discussed your questions regarding Calendar Wiz on our St Alphonsus Hybrid.  I now have everything all finalized for the new proposal.

As we had discussed, the new design will be using the St Alphonsus Hybrid.  You are able to add your Calendar Wiz yourself through content.  Under the main heading area (hero section) there are 4 buttons.  One of these could be for the calendar, and you would insert the calendar link for navigation.  By doing this via content, there would not be any need for additional development.

We will also work with you to migrate your content into the new website.  Once your content, branding, colors, and fonts are all in place, you will have a new unique website that showcases St Benedict.

The last portion of the estimate includes a note from my sales team.  There was a $2380 website credit remaining on the bulletin agreement.  Based on our history and our great relationship, my sales team will also cover the remaining $620.  I included this detail in the proposal for you.

Good afternoon Dawn,

Since the original price quote was sent back in April 2021, there have been updates to our hybrid websites, process, and pricing structure.

In the year since the original proposal was sent out we enhanced the mobile responsiveness, performed bug fixes, and did a good amount of work in the development of the code.  All of these updates helped strengthen our hybrid websites.  And we also had a price increase for the first time in quite some time.  

While going through this updated process and working on a new proposal, I was also working with my sales regarding the website credit.

Hi Dawn,

Yes, the additional menu option that Christ the King (cathedralctk.org) is using is a custom option.  If that is something you were wanting that menu option for your website, I can find out how much development that would entail.  This would be an additional cost.

Good morning Dawn,

I spoke with my team about your question regarding the menu at the top of the homepage.  This led us down another path for Hybrid design.  If we tried to incorporate the additional menu option, this would be significant development time.

Our St Francis Hybrid has both a calendar section and this additional menu option.  The calendar being shown is a Google calendar, but it could also work with your Calendar Wiz.
