At the end of November, I emailed a proposal for your new website.  It has been a few months and I was hoping to find out how the conversation has been going related to this project.  All of the details and pricing would still be current, so there would not be a need to get an updated proposal.  How have the conversations been going?

Yes, it certainly is a weird time.  Our department is working from home and we are having daily meetings via webcam.

I understand this pandemic and the lenten season has created different priorities for projects.  I will make a note to reach out at the end of April if I don't hear from you first.  We can discuss any questions and timelines.

Last month we were trying to get used to working remotely and gearing up for Easter.  I don't know about you, but it seems like it has been longer than a month.

Have you been able to speak with Father regarding the new website and the proposal we created for you?  If you and Father would like to discuss the proposal with a phone call, let me know when would work best for you both.

Good afternoon Bella,

I hope things have continued to get better and closer to normalcy.

Have there been discussions related to the website project and the proposal?  If you would like to have a discussion to back over all of the details, let me know and we can schedule a Zoom meeting.

One thing we can do and this has helped several parishes, is to work with you on a split payment.  We will not be charging the website project until after your website is launched.  At that time we could set up a half payment, and then a few months later the other half could be paid.  What do you think of this option?
