Good morning Drew,

Thank you very much for taking the time to speak with us a couple of times during this consultation process.  You provided a lot of great information about The Basilica and how you want a website to showcase St Adalbert.  We are excited to work with you in bringing a new website to the parish.

During our conversation yesterday, the San Pedro website was determined to be the inspiration for your new website.  You also mentioned being able to use vector images.  Included in the development are 3 vector images.  If you would need more they would be $70/hr.  Once we know the design you would be wanting, we could send a proposal for the design. 

I spoke with my sales team regarding your project.  If you were to sign a new 6 year bulletin agreement, the website and logo/branding would be 50% covered.  Both the website proposal and the logo and branding proposal include this note.  Once the signed proposals are signed and returned to me, I will let my sales team know to reach out regarding the bulletin side of things.  

Going forward, I want to make sure everyone that needs to be included would be included in the emails.  Can you let me know the names and emails of who should be added to the project?  Also, would you be the contact regarding the bulletin?  If it's someone else, could you include that person for me to pass along?

Just to confirm, you were wanting the full branding package - $3,500 correct?
