We would be free Wednesday the 18th at 10 am.
During the meeting, we will go over the websites I sent over to you, and any others your team may have found. We will go over what you like and also what we should stay away from. Hopefully, we will be able to have a pretty good understanding of how the website should look and showcase the content. Within a few days, I should be able to have a proposal finalized to send over to you. If we need another meeting, we can try and get that scheduled at the end of our conversation on Wednesday.
