Hosting Quote
Hi Chuck,
I hope you are well! We were able to get together costs for the hosting quote for you today. Below are the details, based upon us moving everything over ($95 startup cost) versus you moving everything over ($50 startup cost).
- Option 1 (Client driven): If you want to take care of moving everything over yourself Diocesan can create the FTP account - there is a $25 set-up fee for this. An additional $25 will be charged at this time to get the hosting services rolling ($25 per month after this point). This means that you would have a one-time fee of $50 total to get everything moved over and hosting started with us, and then beyond that, you would pay the $25 per month hosting fee.
- Option 2 (Diocesan set up): If you want Diocesan to set everything up we will need your website login credentials, and this process would take about an hour with a set-up fee of $70. An additional $25 will be charged at this time to get the hosting services rolling ($25 per month after this point). This means that you would have a one-time fee of $95 total to get everything moved over by Diocesan and hosting started with us, and then beyond that, you would pay the $25 per month hosting fee.
Let me know what questions you have if any! Otherwise, you can let me know which option you prefer and we will take that as a verbal consent to go ahead and get the process moving, and this consent will also be the approval to go ahead and bill for the option you choose.

Thanks for your reply! I will go ahead and add Veronica (our project manager) to this email so she can get you connected regarding next steps based upon your choice of Option 1.
I was also wondering if you are wanting to schedule the 2nd consultation meeting? We can get you a quote for the cost of designing and building a new site after this meeting. This meeting takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete via video conference.
Veronica and Gary (our web department manager) are both attached to this email because today is my last day at Diocesan - I am leaving for another opportunity, but I have greatly enjoyed working with you! They both will be able to help you continue in our site development process. :)

Good afternoon. Sorry for the delay in getting back with you. We've been going over Nathalie's open projects and I didn't realize that she had left this open.
I will get the FTP access created today and send that over to you. One thing I wanted to go over was that we will be happy to host your website while the new site is being built and then continue hosting of the new site. I just wanted to be sure Nathalie mentioned that Diocesan hosting the current site wouldn't be a long-term item. We really don't host sites that we don't create.
Also, I see that Nathalie was trying to schedule our Deep Dive meeting before she left. Is there a time when you would available for us to have this meeting? This meeting is usually 90 minutes long. Let me know some times that might work for you and I'll check my calendar. I'll get the FTP credentials sent over later today.

Thanks for getting back to me. FTP sounds great. The hosting is temporary until we launch new site. I’ll look at my calendar and send back some dates. We are anxious to get new site launched, so I will do my best to make sure no delays on our end.
