New Website Status
Hello Rebecca,
Good afternoon, my name is Blake Stapleton and I will be helping you finish up your new website project. Now that the dust has settled and the Christmas Season is over, I wanted to reach out to you to introduce myself and pick up where Sam left off. As Sam had mentioned he is no longer with Diocesan. However, looking at the project status I see he sent you a bunch of mockups for review and we were getting close to design approval, or in the process of it.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will be happy to help or if you have had time to come up with any changes let me know and I can get those going for you. If you would like to give official design approval, let me know and we can start to schedule out the next phase of the project.

Thanks for reaching out - sorry for the delayed reply, it's been busy with getting back after holidays and our first reconciliations are this week as well.
There are some things I want to change/discuss - we are heading the right direction but there are some features that aren't quite there yet. Perhaps we could set a time for a call sometime next week? I'm typically in in the mornings, 8-11am CST. Let me know what works for you.

I had forgotten until I went to put that time on my calendar that I have an appointment at 9:30 CST - so, I'll probably get back to my office about 10am. If you're not too tightly booked in your schedule and I can call you when I'm back we can say 10/1015 ish CST. Or, let me know if you want to officially move it back to 1030 or something for your planning purposes.
