Domain Transfer

Between yesterday and this morning, I triple-checked to make sure we had not started the domain transfer process. For some reason, I thought it had taken place. Below is information to get both domains transferred to us. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
The first step in this process is to provide us with one of the following:

The first step in this process is to provide us with one of the following:
- Domain login information
- Domain contact information
Domain Login Information
If you would like Diocesan to initiate the transfer for you, we ask that you please send us the following information:
- Name of Hosting Company
- Login URL
- Username/Email
- Password
Please note that once Diocesan initiates the transfer, we may need your domain account owner to forward an email that they will receive.
Domain Contact Information
If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the transfer process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
- Name of IT Company (if any)
- Name of Individual
- Email of Company/Individual
- Phone Number of Company/Individual
- Account Privileges (if any)

Just to confirm, we plan to keep ourselves as admins of our GoDaddy account (not pay Diocesan for that). We currently have Corporate Conversions set up as a delegate and they are able to do what they need to do that way. I believe that should work for you as well?

We will need delegation for when we launch your new sites. The sooner we have that taken care of, the better. That way if any bumps in the road happen we don't have to worry about that pushing the launch date back.
What is Corporate Conversion's role in your domains and websites? What is ending that needs renewal or a handoff to us exactly? I think there was some miscommunication along the way. Is it your domain, hosting, or something else?

If you were to tell Corporate Conversions that you are building a new site to be launched in 2022, would they terminate the current websites or could they work with you until the new websites are ready?
In the event of Corporate Conversions not being willing to work with you, we could set up a temporary site until the project is complete. This would allow you to still have important information available.
