Good Morning Fr. Bob,
My name is Samuel Lanning, I will be one of the designers helping you out with your new website! I want to set up a time to talk about your parish and the direction you would like to go with the new site. We will start the site by creating a wire frame design (Black and White layout for homepage structure)
If you are free early next week we can find a time to talk for a little bit and get the project started! Let me know when you are and we'll set up a time! I am in a meeting every Monday from 11am~12:30pm EST.

I’m on retreat all next week. The best little window of opportunity I have is Wednesday, October 3rd from 9-12 pm EST. I could probably also be available later that day if it is more convenient for you. Also, Friday, October 5th after 2:30 EST would be good.

October 3rd will work great! I will be out of town Thursday and Friday that week so we can get the discussion of design and wire frame started so I can get a bit done Wednesday before I leave.
as far as development, we usually proceed with the design before starting development. Once we get the design approved we will be able to move it on when our developer has the next opening!

I am sorry its taken me so long to get back to you on the matter of webdesign and logos but I am currently working on your website and I have finished the first batch of logos for you to take a look at.
I have three versions that would work together with the branding of the parish. using colors based off what we talked about, blues golds and white. These are the same colors I am currently using for the website mock ups.
I am going to try to send you a proof of the homepage for your website by the end of the day or early tomorrow but let me know what you think of the logo!
