Here is the link to the proposed sitemap that we went over today. If you have any notes, please add them to the online document.

Here is a list of other items that we discussed:
  1. Google Calendar (Completed. We were able to pull it off the current website)
  2. New photos of parish 
  3. Ministries list, descriptions, & contacts (EDGE, Life Teen, Boy Scouts, ACW, Men's Club, etc.)
  4. Link to Parish Soft Online Registration
  5. Link to parish-specific Formed.org registration/login 

Since everything else on the sitemap has been approved, we will begin migrating content within the next week or so. 

Here is the detailed list of what steps we have left in the remainder of this process:
  1. Diocesan migrates content
  2. Diocesan sends link to development site & requests training date
  3. Diocesan + Assumption schedule training date
  4. Diocesan + Assumption have first training session
  5. Diocesan creates accounts for Assumption to log in and take over content upkeep
  6. Diocesan + Assumption schedule second training date
  7. Diocesan + Assumption have second training session and determine a launch date
  8. Diocesan schedules launch date with the domain owner
  9. Diocesan confirms launch date with Assumption 1 week before launch
  10. Launch!
