I am the project coordinator of Diocesan's web department. Cody, our content specialist, will be working on your website and your point of contact from now until the launch of your website, at which point communication will go to our support staff. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that Diocesan uses Basecamp as our project manager.  We'll be using it to manage all the work we're doing for you. This way, no emails get lost and our team can easily make to-do lists so we don't forget any important/new details!
 
From time to time we'll send you messages, official approvals, or project updates. You'll get everything via email. All you need to do is read them and reply to the emails as needed.
 
Your replies will go right back into Basecamp, which helps our team stay on the same page and make sure everything keeps running smoothly for you.
