Good morning Cindy,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $6090 (87 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 29 hours budgeted/39.1 hours used
  • Build: 42 hours budgeted/52.5 hours used
  • Content Migration: 16 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $6412. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $4000.

We are a little over in the build hours. The filtering for the message series has proven to be extremely difficult for our developer. Our quotes usually factor in a little bit of cushion and hopefully, we will be able to make up a little time during the content migration process.
