I am Veronica, the content specialist. This means that my job is to make sure your content is as clear, accurate, and easy-to-find as possible. Also, I work to make sure that the editing side of the website is easy for you to manage.

I see that you do a lot for the parish office, and as a former administrative assistant at a Catholic church (1 of 3 employees), I feel your struggle! So I also work to make sure that the editing side of your website will mean a website that requires minimal work, yet is completely up to date, for you once you have launched and are all ready to go!

EIN Number & 501(c)(3) Group Tax Examption Letter
Please send us your EIN and the formal USCCB letter and listing of your parish. Please ensure that your parish's name and address is somewhere on the letter. Also, the letter must be federal, not state.
New Email Accounts
Please download the attached spreadsheet, complete your new user accounts, and send it back to me. Once I have the new accounts information, the EIN, adn the letter, we can begin creating your new G Suite emails!

Hi Mary Ann,

    Per your request, please find my letter and a copy of the 2017 IRS determination letter. This should work okay for your immediate needs. The 2018 IRS letter has still not been released, but we expect it in mid-September if you want to check back then.

    As far as your EIN (federal employer identification number), it would be listed on your federal quarterly payroll tax reports, since I do not have this information readily available.

    If you would need anything else, please let me know.

Hello Mary Ann,

Unlike the Saint of the Day, Daily Readings, and Inspiration Daily, the Points to Ponder and Sunday Reflections do not automatically come in. Instead, you would have to add these as new posts under their respective categories.

Fortunately, you can simply copy and paste them over into a post. Below are instructions on how to do so:

Once logged in, Click on Posts.
Click Add New.
Add a title to your post.
Text content can be added by simply typing, or copy/paste from another source. If you are copying from a Word Document, PDF, or another website, you may want to use the Paste a text option to clear any styling associated that may not display nicely on your website. This button will only show up if you click the Toolbar Toggle button.
On the right side, you can set the publish date. You will want to set this date to the Sunday date that goes along with your post.
Under Categories, select the appropriate category by checking the box.
Click Publish to save your new post.

As long as you have selected the correct category, it should automatically display on it's respective page.

Sorry, I'm such a pain. I was finally able to log into the website after requesting a password reset. It still is asking me for an authentication code every time I log in. :-(

I have been trying to update the Mass Times for St. Anthony on the homepage and it will not accept the changes. I went to where I need to edit and it shows up there, so I'm confused.
The homepage should have the addition of Wednesday 8am along with Thursday and Sunday.
