St. Anthony New Website Building

To: Cindy Roberts and Julie Whelan
Good afternoon Cindy and Julie,

My name is Daniel and I'm working on building your new website, based on Blake's proofs, over the next few weeks, as Veronica curates and organizes the website content. Once we've completed the initial framework, we'll share a link to the development site so you're able to see the progress as it's being built. I plan on having that ready by the end of next week. 

I do have a few quick questions for you:
  1. Have you created the Google Calendar(s) from which events will be displayed on the sites?
  2. (On the parish side) Would you like to store an archive of the Message of the Week/Homilies, or just show the latest?
  3. (On school side) Do you have the video you'd like to use on the homepage, or shall I use a placeholder for now?

Once we reach the final stages of development, we'd like to schedule a time for training on the new site. Any staff who you anticipate helping with the site is welcome to join. This involves a phone call and screen sharing, generally taking 1-2 hours depending on familiarity level. During this time we'll go over the WordPress Dashboard and Editor and make sure you're ready to maintain the content!

Just to clarify on the home page.
Mass is at 8:30am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Tuesday is communion service at 8:30 am and Novena mass at 6:45pm.

We will actually go over how to change the Mass times during our training today. 

As for the staff, I moved them over last night and we just need to discuss how we would like them to be displayed. 

Additionally, all of our websites are issued SSL certificates upon launch, so we have you covered!
