Alan,
I sent our person an email, we'll see if I get a response. If I get no response, we'll need to start the site from scratch with a new domain etc. If I get a response, I'll let you know. I'll give him until Monday and then we should go with Plan B.

Arthur,
Sorry for the delay on getting back to you! I got into the site I wanted to get into, only to find out they don't handle our domain. Our Domain is handled through Network Solutions.com and unfortunately I do not have an ID/Password to get into that site. So, where do we go from here?

Hello Deacon John,
I apologize, I thought I had responded to this email.
The easiest solution would be to purchase a new domain through us and cancel your payment on the other once the site is launched.
Here are a few options:

Arthur,
Not a problem!
Is saintannerh.org (http://saintannerh.org) or maybe stannerh.org (http://stannerh.org) available? Preference would be to saint spelled out as that's what the parishioners are used to. But, definitely keep saint in the name.

Hello Deacon John,
I am sorry I did not respond to you earlier, it's been pretty busy around here!
saintannerh.org is available but the other one is not. Do you want us to proceed and buy that for you? It will be a 15 dollar fee that is renewed every year.
If for whatever reason you lose your login information or desire to move on, we will not hold your domain hostage. We will keep your login information safe and available to you.
Let me know if you have any questions!

Arthur,
It's been so long, I had someone else local start working on a new site for us. I'm sorry, but I need to make something happen, so I've spoken to the Pastor and I think we're going to pull the plug on this project. Thank you for your time!

Hello Deacon John,
I am sorry to hear that. I called this morning and left a message with the office. We have your site completed and only need to train you how to use your site. If you would like to look at the site that was sent Tuesday and let us know if you still want to move forward with it, just let us know. Here is the link for your reference: https://annerockhill.diocesanweb.org/

Arthur,
I spoke to the Pastor about this and we're in agreement that we're going to stay the course. Communication was not our friend on this venture. I have someone local that is close to having the site ready. Thank you and your team for the effort, but we feel it's best to move forward with the other company.
