Good morning Veronica and Fr Dennis,

I apologize for the confusion with the invoice that was sent regarding your temporary landing page.  This week's update comes at a good time to make sure we are all back on the same page.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $3570 (51 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 20 hours budgeted/22.1 hours used
  • Build: 15 hours budgeted/20.6 hours used
  • Content Migration: 16 hours budgeted/6.4 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $3437. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $5000.
