Weekly Update
Good morning Veronica and Fr Dennis,
Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $3570 (51 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 20 hours budgeted/21.9 hours used
- Build: 15 hours budgeted/21.5 hours used
- Content Migration: 16 hours budgeted/6.3 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $3478.

I pray this message finds you well, and had a nice relaxing weekend. We received an invoice this morning and wanted to touch base with you. The invoice states we owe $250.00 dollars. As far as I know, we are not paying directly as we had a $5,000.00 credit on the account.
Per previous emails and conversations, if at any point we were in risk of exceeding our credit limit someone was to contact us so we can determine best way to proceed.
The last recap we received dated 05/29/2020 did not show we were over our limit yet. Even with the Landing page that cost us $200.00 it would still leave us under $4,000 so a $1000.00 credit. I am confused why we would have received this. Can one of you please call me? I am in the office until 1:00 pm today.

Good morning everyone,
You are correct. The temporary site will be covered by the web allowance, as mentioned in the official approval email for the temporary site.
We are going through some staffing changes in our billing department so the email I sent over with the details was not received.
I've forwarded this email to billing and will have them apply the credit and reissue a zero balance bill of work. I will also check in with them and see where the additional $50 is coming from.
