Good afternoon Veronica,
I wanted to thank you for taking the time today to go over ideas for your new website. We were able to gather alot of great information. I will be starting to put together the proposal so you can see a step by step breakdown of the cost.
There is one component to the proposal that I do need your assistance. Could you reply to this email with a file of the logo you would want to use? We would prefer a design file, but a .png or .jpeg file would be good too. This would let us know if there would be any sort cleanup work that would need to be done to the logo.

Sorry I just realized you needed an image.... We really don't have great ones, but can see if we get a few ...
