Website Proposal
Good afternoon John,
I hope all has been well since our Deep Dive conversation. Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for your new website.
During the Deep Dive conversation, we shared the design for one of our Hybrid Sites, now known as Joseph. Based on your liking the menu, the concept of our sacrament inner page, and the fact you thought the framework was great and kept everything simple, this will be the framework for your new website. After we incorporate your logo and branding, colors, fonts, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Ann.
The attached proposal walks you through each phase of the project. We have included the amount of time each phase would take to complete and that is how we arrive at our final cost. After speaking with my sales team, they mentioned there was a website credit per the bulletin contract of $4,000. This will be used to cover the cost of the website project, and any additional would be put towards the hosting package.

- Diocesan will not be hosting the domain as that is handled through the Diocese
- I have removed the cost for hosting the website as that is covered per the bulletin contract
- In the training description, I have included that the training will be via Zoom and recorded so you can rewatch it at a later time
