Domain Transfer
Hello Dan,
You have let us know that you would like your https://www.stannbb.org/ domain to be transferred to Diocesan.
There are two ways that we can go about doing this:

- Provide Diocesan with your domain login credentials and we will initiate the transfer OR
- Your current domain owner can initiate the transfer
1. Provide Diocesan with Login
Below are the things we need for the login:
- Login URL
- Username/email
- Password
Once Diocesan has initiated the transfer, you will still need to send Diocesan the Authorization (EPP) code (emailed to domain owner). If you believe that there will be an issue with this, please let us know.
2. We Will Initiate Domain Transfer
- Unlock your domain
- Send us the Authorization (EPP) Code
- Send to email webdepartment@diocesan.com
- Diocesan initiates transfer
- You confirm the transfer
- Transfer complete!

I dontl know if we have a record of who actually registered that name; it definitely predates my involvement. It looks like it was registered with 1& 1 IONOS. Not sure how to proceed, but I've attached the whois results below:

The US login page for IONOS is below, and I requested that a password reminder be sent to the office@ email at St. Ann's - hoping that was what was used to register the domain. If it was, then you should get an email to office@stannsbethany.org giving instructions on how to update the password so we can log in.

If that email comes through, you'll have 48 hrs to update the password. Let me know if that happens - otherwise, we may need to work with their customer service to regain access. If you think it may have been registered under another email address, let me know what else to try.

If you don't receive it, let me know. We may need to contact their customer support at 1-484-254-5555 in order to obtain the St. Ann's login credentials for your domain management.

As we are getting closer to launch time for the new site, we need to make sure that we can log in to the website and access the domain settings, and I still need to obtain the transfer code so we can move it to Diocesan's account.
Were you able to access the IONOS account at all? Did you receive the email in order to reset the password? We'll need to do that in order to launch the site - if you are still not able to access the site, you may need to call IONOS customer support to update the account and gain access. The number is 1-484-254-5555. Please let me know if I can assist in any way.
