Good afternoon Andrew,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us last week. I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.
During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Alphonsus Hybrid will be the foundation for your new website. After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Andrew.
I included a note from my sales team. With a new 6 year bulletin agreement, there would be a website credit of 100% for the website project. The logo and branding proposal does not have any funds from the bulletin contract. If you want to move forward with the logo and branding package proposal, let me know which option you are choosing.

OK, I talked with Paul, our Business Manager. He and I agree that the addition of 2 years to our current contract should not be a problem at all. Unfortunately, Msgr Hrydziuszko left on vacation today and will not be available again until February 28. With this being Ash Wednesday week, I will probably not get him to sign anything until the end of that week – March 3 or 4.
Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. If there is other paperwork that needs to be signed, you can forward and I can have everything ready for that time.
