Thank you for reaching out to me.
You asked about incidentals. There were no modifications to the St Alphonsus Hybrid you chose, so there was no additional cost. A bill would typically be sent out following the launch of the website, however, your Hybrid website is covered per your bulletin agreement.
In regards to a logo, that part of the project was left open. Since you provided a logo, we were not going to be creating a new one.
