I wanted to start a new email thread specifically for the website training, as I am sure there will be a couple of questions after the training as well.
What number should I call for tomorrow's training?

One laptop on a projector will be the best. I will actually log into your computer through TeamViewer and while the one person does things, I will watch and, at times, take over to show/explain things. For this, you will need to be connected to the internet. As far as being on the phone, I can just be put on speakerphone.
I just tried it with my coworker, and we can most definitely record the video of the training. Audio will not be recorded, but this shouldn't be too important, as everything I am saying just goes along with what I am showing. For example, when I am making a post, the top of the page says "New Post", and the same with the menu changes, editing pages, creating new pages, etc.
Thanks for being so flexible! That is so helpful! We will take the Saturday at 9:00 am time slot! See what you can find out about recording, I will hold off on telling everyone until you know for sure.
What setup works best? Everyone on their own computers? Projector and one laptop?
I'm using my sounding board to get feedback on the color scheme. I'll let you know when they respond. -TG

Hm.. I know since I will be here on the weekend, the office phone will go straight to the weekend message, but my cell phone number is 281-995-1406.
It may be easier if I just use my own phone, or if you email/text me the number to call.
Either way, I will have my cell phone on me tomorrow, as well as having my email open. We can figure it out, haha.
