I am Veronica, one of Diocesan's content strategists and the web department's project manager. 

I just wanted to update you and let you know that our designer, Danae, will be reaching out to you next week. In the meantime, I'd like to discuss content and get a general idea of the vibe and direction of the new websites. 

I will be sending over a current & suggested sitemap for the parish later this week.

Does Tuesday (May 21) or Wednesday (May 22) work for us to talk? I am currently completely open on both of those days, so we can schedule whatever time works best for you.

Good afternoon,

The parish administrator and I spent a lengthy conversation with Kevin with regard to the site content, vibe and general direction. We assumed when we spoke to Kevin that he would have something to look at in April regarding Celebration Hall and he also acquired the URL for us. Do we need to revisit? If so, I'll have to confirm with Brian regarding a date.

Lori,

I have Kevin's notes but would like to quickly run through some questions I have for you. Mainly, I wanted to go over the restructuring of your site's current & future content rather than simply discussing what is staying/going.  I also have some questions and suggestions for the Celebration Hall's focal points and how much information you'd like to display on the site.

As for having something to showing you something, this will begin when the designer is working with you. During your first call together, you will discuss what you do or do not like about several other venue websites so they can get a better idea of how to layout the site in terms of design.

In the meantime, if you could please share any photos or logos that you have for both the parish and the Celebration Hall.
