When we talked, I mentioned we had conversations with David Allen and we had created a proposal. I am including a link to that design he liked. The proposal is also attached for you to review. We had also discussed creating a new logo and branding for the parish, For this, I have created and provided a separate proposal.

Key Points:
- St Ambrose's logo, colors, fonts, and any other branding will be applied to the website.
- Each section on the homepage would maintain the same layout but is editable within each section to fit St. Ambrose. For example, the homepage hero section can display a video, single image, or image slider with any content you prefer.
- All header, footer, menu, and inner page content is customizable and editable by you and your staff, after training.

In regards to the price difference, there was a key component to that happening. When I spoke with David, he was interested in having Diocesan set up G Suite. Google offers their G Suite offering to nonprofits for free, following the approval of nonprofit status. Diocesan has a one-time setup fee of $350 to go through this process and help set up the Gmail portion. You have the option of keeping it on the proposal, moving this to a later time, or you can certainly request that it be removed from the proposal.
I would like to have a conversation about the demo site I shared with you. We can walk through the design and get all of your feedback regarding that particular site. We will also have another option if you still feel necessary.

I am glad we were able to walk through the design with you. Making the change to turn off the parallax feature (where it looks like the picture is moving up the page) will be made. Your new website will be utilizing the Sacred Heart Express Site. I have included a screenshot of the design we shared with you.

Father asked me mid-last week to move ahead with website options rather than wait for us (Father and me) to meet to work on this together. I will review the Design Screen Shot again and offer my suggestions to him so that we can move ahead with our “wonderful” new website. I may have some questions that I would like to run past you and your team since I am not a technical person and have not worked in website updates in the past. Thank you for your patience.

I am always available if you need any help relaying ideas and thoughts to Father.
I'm hoping on the same page as you in terms of access. During training, you are given a username and link to log into the editing portion of the website. What is nice about this link is, you can log in from any computer or device.
Also, in terms of editing, you can have different levels of editing permissions. Let's say you have a ministry leader, you can assign a permission that only lets them edit their page. Even further, you can set up the page that you have the final say in publishing a page.

He would like to keep the Bulletin Button.
The About Us Button could be something else (suggestions are welcome)
