New Website Design Approval
Hi Marybeth,
I finished creating a homepage mockup based on the hybrid site you chose. We are excited you liked that design and are getting ready to give approval. We are happy you chose Diocesan and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.

In this email, I have attached some website proofs of the homepage and a couple of interior page examples that the website could look like. Please note: Any content the proofs on the homepage and on the interior pages, site map & navigation, images, icons, etc can change to be what you would like. If you could review these items and if you are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any design changes or development/functionality changes after official approval may affect the quoted cost.
Once you approve this email, our content team will be contacting you in the next few weeks to start working on the website migration and the overall organization of the website. Giving approval will also move your project into our development queue.
Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to explain any of the designs.
Thank you,

Hi Blake,
I sent your email to Father Zehler to review. He is out of town for a family funeral—I will communicate with him again today to ensure he is okay with the look. I absolutely love it!
I have a couple of questions regarding the following:
Paragraph two of your Web Design Approval
“In this email, I have attached some website proofs of the homepage and a couple of interior page examples that the website could look like. Please note: Any content the proofs on the homepage and on the interior pages, site map & navigation, images, icons, etc can change to be what you would like. Second Sentence: “can change to be what you like.”
Does this mean the change need to happen prior to approval?
If yes, we need to understand:
What constitutes a change where costs are affected?
For example, our church ministries are not listed in the demo. See list below:
Is this something I can add/edit later, or does it require design changes or development/functionality and should be included now?
CHURCH MINISTRIES
Description
Bereavement
Cleaning the Church
Environment
Church Environment
Garden of the Cross
Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto
Finance Council & Money Counters
Homebound Ministry
Hospitality
Parish Council
Prayer Ministry
Respect Life
Welcome Ministers
Youth Ministry
Formed Link
I appreciate your patience with me during this process. However, I do not want my lack of technology knowledge and language to come back to financial bite Saint Ambrose.
Thanks again.

Hi Marybeth,
I am thrilled to hear you love the design, that's very exciting. I look forward to hearing what Father thinks and hopefully get design approval soon.
In regards to your question about cost, the only time it is affected after the design approval is when there are major changes to the overall layout of the website. This would be changing the "blueprint" of how the website itself is built. For example: adding a fifth button below the hero image, adding an extra calendar to the homepage, or any other change that would change the overall structure of the website.
When I said "can change to be what you like," I was meaning in regards to the content you see in the proofs. You will be trained on how to add/edit and how to maintain your own content. So for example the images, the verbiage used for the words, the ministries themselves, and the order of the site map & navigation will be established later on in the project.
I hope that answered your questions, let me know if that makes sense. If you need more clarity on what constitutes a cost let us know and we will be happy to explain more. Again, I am excited to hear you like the design and will be waiting to hear what Father thinks. Talk to you soon! :)

Very Good! I will get back to you (hopefully today) with any input from Father! I will send him your explanation. Thank again!!!!
Marybeth said YES and added:
Good Morning Blake,
Thank you for your help. Father was not able to review the demo site fully. It follows the initial demo so closely that he was okay with going ahead with approval.
