This email contains more information about Google's G Suite for Nonprofits program:

While the annual cost of G Suite is free for nonprofits, Diocesan charges $350 (5 hours) for the completion of the following:
- Setting up a G Suite Account free trial (free, 2-week trial)
- Verifying your domain
- Confirming nonprofit status with TechSoup (may take up to 10 business days)
- Confirming nonprofit status with Google (may take up to 3 business days)
- Activating G Suite for NonProfits account (may take up to 3 business days)
- Setting up new G Suite user accounts
- Sending out new emails and passwords
- Setting up G Suite Administrator accounts
- Training your G Suite Administrators (1-2 hours)
Since the G Suite account trial is only 2 weeks long and confirming non-profit status may take up to 16 business days (potentially 20-22 days), Diocesan ensures the process is completed within 2 weeks and will call TechSoup or Google to expedite the process as to not incur any additional costs.
