Hello Fr. Tyler,

In order to launch the website, we need either a domain contact or the domain login for the site. Kristin and Carolyn, from what I know, were unable to get access to it or find out the login information. It looks like it is through eNom and the registrant organization was St. John Church.

It took a little bit of time, but I figured it out. It was because certain Staff Groups slugs did not match the names of the groups and the way it was setup, those needed to match.

We are changing our Mass schedule starting in July so it's the perfect time to launch the new website. I can work out the content on the fly. I also could spend some time on it this weekend getting it as ready as possible.

Also, originally it was determined that the domain would be transferred to Diocesan for safe keeping.  Do you still want to do that?  We can plan to migrate it a few days after the site launches, if you'd like.

I would prefer that the domain remain in possession of our IT company who has control over our email and servers for the parish and school. They can make the necessary changes to the domain registry as necessary to point to the new website.

Carolyn and Kristen that we're working on this project no longer work for the parish. So we had to steer in a new direction.

Does that make sense? This may be more complicated than I thought you can always give me a phone call if we need to discuss this further.

Hello Fr. Tyler,

Is there a time/day (Monday - Thursday, not next Monday though) that works best for you? The earliest that we could launch on our end would be this Thursday and that would give Aaron a few days notice too, but if need be, we could do it next week.

I know that it is not up to you where you get sent, but that does seem to a gift you have, so I am glad that Bishop (Apostolic Administrator) Hurley (used to be our bishop here in Grand Rapids) is utilizing it!

Let me know what works for you in terms of the launch date.
