Angela,

As Mary and Kyle work on your site I wanted to give you a recap where we stand. We had quoted a price of $4,900 (70 hours x $70hr) for website creation. We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:

Design: 20 hours budgeted/19 hours used.
Build: 40 hours budgeted/32 hours used.
Content Migration: 10 hours budgeted/16 hours used.

Which brings our current cost to $4,769. We are getting close to the projected amount. Talking with Kyle, once he completes his to-do items on the build we should be very close to the projected amount.

Hi Gary,
I don’t know if you are the right person to ask, so if not please direct me to who I should contact. We have been trying to set up training with Veronica Alvarado. We talked to her last week and she said anytime this week would work for her to do that. However, my emails on Thursday and yesterday have not been answered. Is she out of the office? We are getting quite anxious about launching the website as there are many issues with our current one.
