Thank you for sending the Google Calendar ID. I have put it onto the website and our developer will be styling it when he works on changing the color, as well.

As for the Facebook logo, it is an option that we simply have to put the link in. So far, I have only been able to find the school's Facebook page. Is this the link you'd like to use? https://www.facebook.com/SaintAgathaSchoolColumbus/

In our initial consultation, we have noted that the domain will be staying with Matthew Kimble. Is this still correct? If that is the case, we will get in contact with him as we get closer to the launch. Then, we will send him an email with the launch instructions, necessary IP information, and the date and time for which we plan on launching.

Hi Angela,

The site should be all good to go, but I do have our developer going through the website for his final checks tomorrow.

As for the launch, we could do March 1. Were you worried that it wouldn't be possible on your end (content, training, etc.)? If that is the case, we can schedule it for another day or have another training.

As for the Google Search issue, your new website will NOT have this issue. I'm not sure what content management system that your website is using, but with our websites (WordPress) there is a setting to "Discourage search engines from indexing this site". We turn this setting off once the website is no longer in development and is live.
I'm not sure what the issue would be with your current website since I am not familiar with the CMS or its settings.

Let me know if you have any other questions and/or if March 1 is a good launch date for you.

I will move the tentative launch date to Monday, March 4.

On your Parish Hall page, you should most definitely be able to add right aligned images. Below are instructions on how to add an image to your page. Be sure to pay special attention to step 7 so that you can right align your image and select its size.

The other option, of course, is to use your page content section at the bottom, rather than the single column default editor at the top of the page.
With the content sections, you can have two columns. One with the bulleted list on the left and your image(s) on the right.

Also, don't forget that you do have the Envira Gallery option to create a gallery of all of your Parish Hall pages. Just something to consider.

Thank you Veronica! That worked. I think we are doing pretty well. We are editing pages and seem to be getting the hang of things. Kristin and I are looking forward to creating and adding to the website in the months ahead. We are excited about our launch Monday!

Just a few last things:

We just wanted to double check one more time on that purple color on the top and bottom of the pages. Was that ever looked at. The color still looks too purple to us. Just wanted to check on that.

The St Agatha school link at the top of the page doesn’t appear to be working

Are we able to switch the order of the drop downs and/or add something to a drop down list ourselves? We re-ordered the “Education” Page and put School first, but can’t figure out how to make it first in the Education drop down. And we want to add something to the “About” drop down list.
