Good morning Angela & Kristin,
I am Veronica and I am the content strategist and main point of contact for the remainder of your new website project. My goal is to make sure the website is easy for you to edit, just as it should be easy for visitors/parishioners to navigate and find what they need.
I am so sorry that it's taken me this long to reach out to you. I have been putting together current sitemaps of your parish websites, then created a new, proposed sitemap. The new sitemap is simply adding a category (News & Events) so that

I accidentally sent the message too soon! As I was saying in the second paragraph, the new sitemap is simply adding a category (News & Events) so that there is one designated space for your bulletin, calendars, newsletters, & news posts.
This way, the Parish Information tab is gone, but fall under either About or News & Events.

It appears you are going to the church, but it is all the schools info. The school received numerous calls letting us know about this google search problem. Hi Angela,
We have our developers looking into this as a courtesy, but this is technically out of our hands since we did not develop the site and cannot re-code any issues we may find. We think it may be that your parish site is set to hide from search engines.
When you messaged Google, what were their responses? We may be able to help a little bit more if we know what they mentioned.
However, the good news is that once we build your new website, this will not be an issue! All of our sites are set to be shown to all search engines and promoted based on visitors when searching key words.

OK, no worries. There is just confusion when googling St Agatha Church versus St. Agatha School. If the new website won’t have this issue, then that will be great!

Since our development queue is determined by the date of design approval, there are several projects ahead of yours.
Once we are at about 80% completion of the website, we will reach out to you and send you a link to the working website. Then you can see your website fully alive and ready.
At the same time we send you the link to your new website, we will schedule a date for training.

Good morning Angela,
I apologize for getting back to you so late, as I have been out of the office the last week.
Your project has moved from #6 to #2 in our development queue, so our developers will begin working on it this month. At that rate, we hope to be ready to train and then launch in December.
Either myself or one of the developers will reach out to you when we begin development on your website. Then at that point, we can also set up a training date. This will keep us on a steady track to launch as soon as we can.

Hello Angela,
We are now looking to train in January. Since it is the end of the year, many of our previously built websites have been looking to launch. That, in addition to Thanksgiving, our developers have not been able to work on current projects such as yours.
That being said, yours is #1 in the queue, meaning it should be mid-January that we will be able to train you on your new website.
